UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards
Program (the "Program"):

As an UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards member ("you" or "your"), each IBT (Inland Bank and Trust) eligible demand deposit account with a IBT Debit Card on which you are listed on our records as the primary account holder (collectively "your UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Account(s)") is enrolled in the Program once you have registered your IBT Debit Card on-line at IBT ("we", "our", or "us") participates in the Program with UCHOOSE Rewards from Fiserv ("UCHOOSE") who owns and administers the program. The Program awards UCHOOSE Loyalty Reward points ("Points") on each Qualifying Transaction (defined below) made on your IBT account(s) registered for rewards. Once you have been awarded enough Points, you can use them for Rewards such as merchandise, travel, activities, and event tickets on the redemptions website, as well as merchant gift cards.

By participating in the Program, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and those included on the UCHOOSE website. In addition to these terms and conditions, any agreements between you and us regarding the enrolled eligible demand deposit accounts shall continue to govern the use of the account and the associated IBT Debit Card.

Demand Deposit Accounts Designated as Eligible

The following accounts are designated as potential "IBT Eligible Demand Deposit Accounts" (Account) under this agreement:

Club Checking
Premier Interest Checking
Interest Checking

The IBT Debit Card (Card) associated to the Account must be in good standing. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a particular card, Cardholder or eligible account can participate in the Program.


To participate in the Program you must enroll your Card in the Program and establish a Program account ("UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Account"). If you already have a Program Account, you have the option of requesting that the two Program Accounts be combined.

Once your Card has been enrolled successfully, you will create a login ID and password that is required to access the Program through the website at It is your responsibility to keep any password safe and known only to you and to restrict access to any mobile phone number and/or e-mail address registered with the Program. You are responsible for all activity in your Program Account. There is no cost to enroll or participate in the Program.

Please be aware that if you elect to participate in any Program services offered via a mobile device, your wireless provider's message and data rates may apply and you are responsible to your wireless provider for any such charges.

By enrolling online at you will be accepting the privacy policy for this program. This is a distinct and different privacy policy than the privacy policy for IBT.

Qualifying Transactions

The minimum transaction amount to begin earning points is $10.00. There is a maximum of 60,000 points per year that can be earned through the entire program.

Debit Program Transaction(s)

You will receive Points on Purchases made with a Debit Card associated with an IBT eligible demand deposit account which is enrolled in the UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Program (your "IBT Debit Card").

Earning Rewards Points With Your IBT Debit Card
If your IBT Debit Card accesses your:

"Net Purchases" mean the total Qualifying Purchases made with your IBT Debit Card, less any returns, credits or adjustments that are not payments. A "Qualifying Purchase" is any Purchase made with your IBT Debit Card when you select "credit" as the payment option and you do not enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and for on-line pinless debit card purchases. The transaction must be completed and posted to your monthly bank statement in order to qualify. Points awarded on all of your UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Accounts can be combined, however Points awarded on UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Accounts on which you are not the primary account holder cannot be combined.

The following transactions are NOT Qualifying Purchases and therefore Points are not awarded on them: Finance Charges, Other Charges, fees, Cash Advances of any kind (including but not limited to Balance Transfers, Convenience Checks, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Bank teller withdrawals, wire transfers, the purchase of money orders, cashier checks, travelers checks, or other negotiable instruments, foreign currency, payments of loans, or similar cash equivalent transactions), or any transaction in which you enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) or similar code.

Points are not awarded on an UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Account after it is closed. Additionally, all Points will be forfeited and no additional Points will be awarded on any of your UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Accounts if one or more of them are closed by us, suspended, delinquent, over limit, or otherwise in default as defined in your Terms and Conditions of Your Account Agreement, even if one or more of your UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Accounts is later reopened or you re-enroll in the program.

Points from IBT Debit Card purchases are posted on the website and depend on he network. Points usually show under the transaction history within 24 to 48 hours of the transaction being processed completely. We reserve the right to verify and adjust Points at any time. You can see your Point redemptions and balances online at Points are not transferable, and cannot be bought, sold, or used as payment on your Account.

Points cannot be transferred between the Program and any other rewards program. Points are not your property and have no cash value until redeemed for Rewards.

Loyalty Transactions and Loyalty Points

The following Loyalty Transactions which you perform will earn Loyalty points if you meet the stated conditions, if any. After you link a Card Program Account, you will also earn Loyalty points if the Cardholder of the associated Card performs a Loyalty Transaction meeting the stated conditions, if any. Loyalty points will be added to your Program Account within 60 days following the Bonus Transaction unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.

Mobile Banking 500 points You must be the primary signer on the demand deposit account. Awarded only once per card.
Birthday 500 points Awarded annually, for any registered account signer as long as the birthday is recorded on this account.
Open a new demand deposit account 500 points You must be a signer on the new account.
Open a new savings or CD account 250 points You must be a signer on the new account. (Limit of 3 new money CDs)
Open a new HELOC 2,500 points You must be a signer on the new HELOC.
Open a new mortgage with Inland Home Mortgage Company (IHMC) 10,000 points No other discounts or offers can be used with this loan transaction. You must be a signer on the new mortgage.

Points Expiration/Forfeiture

All points will expire at the end of the 48th month after the month in which they were posted to your Program Account. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your Program Account for any reason. If your Program Account is terminated, all of your unused points will be forfeited. You will be provided with notice of expiration or forfeiture of points. You are not entitled to compensation from us, from UCHOOSE, if applicable, or from any other entity, when your points expire or if they are forfeited for any reason.

How to Redeem Rewards Points

You or any joint account holder on your UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Account(s) can redeem your Points online at at any time. Points cannot be earned or redeemed, and will be forfeited, unless you have at least one open qualified Inland Bank account and a registered a debit card. We reserve the right to refuse to redeem Points if any of your UCHOOSE Loyalty Rewards Accounts are closed by us, suspended, delinquent, over limit, or in default, or if your enrollment in the Program is terminated or suspended. Determination and payment of any tax liability is your sole responsibility.


There is no shipping or handling fee for standard delivery of the Rewards. Rewards generally will be sent to you within four to six weeks of placing your Rewards order. Rewards will not be shipped to any address outside of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, but can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.


We may communicate with you regarding any matter related to the Program via mail, via telephone or via electronic communications. If you use the Program website, we may communicate electronically, including electronic mail and/or postings to the Program website. All electronic communications from us are deemed to be delivered no later than the earlier of the date actually received (or five days from the date of posting or dissemination). You may update contact information by visiting and updating your Program Account profile.

To access information electronically, you will need a Windows or Mac-compatible computer, Internet access with a JavaScript enabled browser with 128-bit encryption (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer v. 5.0 or later or another compatible browser) and an email account. You will also need Adobe® Reader® which is available free at

To retain copies of electronic communications, you will need the ability to print documents from your computer or sufficient storage space on your disk drive to save an electronic copy. Additionally, you must have your login ID and password to access your information electronically or to conduct any activity online regarding your Program Account on the Program website.

There is no charge for a paper copy of this document. If you use the Program website, we are not obligated to provide any additional hard copy communications to you (other than these terms and conditions). We also reserve the right, at our option, to terminate your participation in the Program if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications regarding the Program.

At your option, you may choose to receive information of a promotional nature about the Program. If you would like to change your consent to receive these promotions, please visit to update your Program Account profile.

In addition, by enrolling in the Program, you authorize us and UCHOOSE to use information related to your Program participation and your Program Account (and information provided by you to participate in the Program) to customize your Program experience. This may include communicating special offers and featured Rewards, and customizing the promotional information (if you choose to receive such promotions).

Features and applications permitting Program participation via mobile devices are currently available. Such features and applications may include alerts and promotional offers provided via SMS or a downloadable application. There will be additional terms and conditions and minimum hardware, software and service requirements. For example, to participate in an SMS-based service, you must maintain, at your own cost, a mobile device capable of sending and receiving text messages. Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent and received in connection with the feature. Please see your wireless provider to review your wireless plan details.

Program Account Activity

You can view your Program Account activity at any time online at, which will show the number of points you have in your Program Account, the recent Qualifying Purchases or Qualifying Transactions made with your enrolled or associated Cards, any Loyalty Transactions, and any redemption activity on your Program Account. Qualifying Loyalty transactions may take up to 60 days to post to your Program Account. Some transactions, for example online purchases or foreign transactions, may take longer to be posted.

Canceling Program Participation

You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time by calling (630)908-6410. IBT also may cancel your participation in the Program at any time. The positive point balance in your Program Account will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another Program Account. If you re-enroll in the Program, you will not receive credit for your forfeited points, but if your point balance was negative when you cancelled your participation, your negative balance will be carried over.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

We will provide a replacement Card under the Account Terms and Conditions. You will not lose the points in your Program Account if your enrolled Card is lost, stolen or damaged, even if such replacement Card has a different Card number. If your Card is lost or stolen, first call us at the telephone number provided in the Account Terms and Conditions to report the loss or theft. If you have a problem or question regarding whether you earned points from a particular Qualifying Purchase, Qualifying Transaction, or Loyalty Transaction, or want to know whether a Reward was properly redeemed or the status of your redemption order, or want to ask any other question regarding the Program, you can reach us at, via telephone at (630)908-6410, or by U.S. mail at Inland Bank and Trust, 2805 W Butterfield, Oak Brook, IL 60523. If you choose to contact us by email, send your full name and address. Do not send your Card number or other personal financial information, or confidential information by email because email communications may not be secure.

If you contact us regarding an error or mistake with respect to your Program Account, we will use reasonable efforts to investigate and correct the error or mistake, subject to the limitations set forth in these terms and conditions. In any event, you must notify us within 60 days of the posting date (or the date of the alleged error or mistake) in order for us to undertake an investigation of the matter. We may require you to provide written confirmation of the alleged error or mistake. If we do not receive the requested written confirmation at the address and within the time frame requested by us, we may in our sole discretion determine not to correct the alleged error or mistake. If we complete our investigation of the alleged error or mistake and notify you of our determination, we have no further responsibilities should you later reassert the same alleged error or mistake. All questions or disputes regarding the Program, including eligibility, earning points, or redemption of points for Rewards, will be resolved by us in our sole discretion.

Other Terms and Conditions

    1. We reserve the right to change, delete from, or add to these Program Terms and Conditions, or to add, eliminate or change the Rewards or the number of Points needed to redeem them, or to terminate the Program entirely ("Program Changes") and all points may be cancelled. When Program Changes are made, we will, at our option, post them to the Program website or provide you with notice.
    2. We reserve the right to deny your Program eligibility or terminate your participation in the Program at any time.
      When this occurs, all Points will be forfeited.
    3. The laws of the State of Illinois govern the Program and these Terms and Conditions.
    4. Suppliers of Rewards are independent contractors and are not our agents or the agents of UCHOOSE or Fiserv. We do not offer, endorse or guarantee any of the goods or services provided as part of the Rewards.
    5. We and UCHOOSE expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any Reward. Neither we nor UCHOOSE is responsible for any defects in any Reward. You release us and UCHOOSE from any and all liability for any loss, expense, accident, injury, death or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use or defect of any Reward, the actions of booking (or failing to properly book) travel, or your participation in the Program.
    6. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
