Employer Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are a popular method of helping employers control health insurance costs while providing choices to employees. Typically, an HRA is used in conjunction with a less expensive higher deductible or co-pay health plan. With an HRA, employers can set aside money for each employee to pay for health care expenses. Inland Bank offers these types of accounts but does not offer administration of them.
Benefits to Employer
No fees for employer groups to work with Inland Bank, and to have our team be their dedicated HSA administrator. Employers can also utilize a complimentary portal system for easy contributions into their employee’s accounts; whether they’re payroll contributions or employer contributions.

Our program and accounts are compatible with virtually any qualified health insurance plan, so employers do not have to change their health insurance provider or plan to work with us; as long as the plan is HDHP HSA qualified.
