
What is Mobile Money?
Mobile Money is a FREE service to all of our Online Banking Customers. Mobile Money gives you the ability to check balances, view transactions, initiate transfers between your Inland Bank Accounts and receive Alerts about account activity and balances. Mobile Money offers convenient, secure online banking services, when you need it, directly via your cell phone.
How much does it cost?
No additional fees or costs are associated with activating and using Inland Bank Mobile Money.
What kind of mobile devices can use Mobile Money?
Most Web-enabled phones can use Mobile Money. You must have an active data plan through your service provider to utilize Mobile Money.
Does Mobile Money require software to be installed on the phone?
No. Mobile Money is a browser-based application that does not require any software to be loaded to the individual mobile device.
What types of accounts can I access with Mobile Money?
You can access personal checking, savings, CDs and loan accounts through your mobile device.
How do I enroll in Mobile Money?
To activate Mobile Banking, use a personal computer:

Mobile Money is active, now what?
Once you have enrolled, Mobile Money is activated and ready to use. After enrolling, you should immediately receive a One Time Password (OTP) text on your cell phone. To access your accounts through Mobile Money:
You should now be able to navigate through your accounts via your cell phone.
Each time you log into Mobile Money, you will automatically be sent a new OTP text message for your next login.
How does the One Time Password (OTP) work?
A One Time Password is delivered to your mobile phone by text message upon enrolling in Mobile Money. Each time you log on to Mobile Money a new OTP is delivered by text message. This One Time Password is then readily available for your next log on session.
Is bill pay available through Mobile Money?
Bill Pay is not currently available through Mobile Money.
Is Mobile Money available on my eCorp Account – Business Online Banking?
Currently, Mobile Money is only available on our Retail Online Banking product (eCom).
Can I change my Mobile Money Access ID?
Yes. Changing the username for Internet Banking settings will also change your settings for Mobile Money.
Can I change my Mobile Money PIN?
Yes. Your Mobile Money PIN can be changed by logging into Online Banking.
What if my phone does not allow me to click on the One Time Password (OTP) link?
If your phone does not allow you to click on the link, then please either remember the 6-digit OTP or write it down.
You should now be able to navigate through your accounts via your cell phone.
Each time you log into Mobile Money, you will automatically be sent a new OTP text message for your next login.
What if my One Time Password (OTP) does not work?
If you are unable to log into Mobile Money with your OTP, you may request a new one at any time. If you accidentally deleted your most recent OTP or you are unable to find it in your text messages, please access our Mobile Money website and request a new OTP.
A new One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your cell phone. Click on the link in the OTP text message and log into Mobile Money.
How do I set up Mobile Alerts?
If you’d like to set up Mobile Alerts (text message notifications will be sent to your phone), this may be done through Online Banking.
